Job Description

The Contract Business Immigration Attorney will work closely with other Associates, Paralegals and Partners in preparing and filing a wide range of immigrant and non-immigrant visas and petitions for corporate clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and filing immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including: H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1, E-2, E-3, I-140, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, O-1, PERM
  • Responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
  • Working collaboratively with Paralegals, Associates and Partners on the team
  • Handling clients directly
  • Helping with other matters as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • JD or LLM Degree
  • Admission to US State Bar
  • 2+ years of experience as a business immigration attorney
  • Experience with H-1B and RFEs
  • Broad based business immigration expereince
  • Team-player
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
