Job Description

  • Responsible for handling a caseload of NIW, RFEs, EB-1, EB-2, O-1, etc.
  • Case review
  • National Interest Waivers
  • Responding to Requests for Evidence

The Successful Applicant

  • JD or LLM
  • Admission to a US State Bar or pending admission
  • Experience with EB-1, EB-2, O-1, NIW, RFEs
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
  • Excellent case management skills
