Job Description

Success in this role is defined as creating an inclusive team of Commercial and Venture Capital bankers and staff, finding the best talent in a competitive market and creating a culture where leaders consider a holistic approach to talent acquisition and talent development.

In this role, you will:
* Understand recruitment activity specific to this business and client group and execute against the demand plan to ensure sourcing strategy and activities for all open roles are aligned to our talent agenda
* Understand the external business environment and engage with HR Business Partner, business leaders, and our Global team in providing strategic recruitment solutions and services aligned to business priorities
* Maximize candidate and hiring manager satisfaction through excellent delivery through the full recruitment cycle that is aligned to the company purpose, values and strategy
* Manage stakeholder relationships and related communication
* Ensure all activities are compliant with applicable regulatory, audit and legislative requirements
* Liaise with Group Talent Acquisition on key recruitment initiatives

The Successful Applicant

* Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience in recruitment and external sourcing strategy for all levels of employees - interns to executives
* Given that the role holder is the primary point of contact to deliver our Talent Acquisition strategy to the Commercial and Venture Capital Banking business leaders and HR Business partner colleagues, excellent written and verbal communications skills are required
* A broad and comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement and customer experience concepts required
* While this role is an individual contributor, the role requires the ability to influence and lead those in senior positions to ensure the greatest possible impact of our talent strategy
* Strong preference for experience supporting recruitment with this particular client group, Commercial and Venture Capital Banking

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting for financial industry, deep subject matter experience using Linked-In for sourcing.
