Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for end-to-end recruiting and consultation; including research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview and job offer management

* Identify, develop, and implement innovative sourcing strategies for key roles that result in quality talent pipelines to meet workforce needs now and in the future

* Implement and utilize digital, mobile, social and other technology to support talent acquisition, while providing effective workforce reporting, metrics & analytics

* Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives in order to provide external insights on the talent market (i.e. demographic trends, employment projections) and to develop a holistic sourcing & hiring strategy

* Deliver on recruitment priorities leveraging both internal and external talent channels, resulting in an excellent hiring manager & candidate experience

* Collaborate with HR partners and business leadership on the workforce demand to meet overall business targets

* Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the business related to the recruitment process

* Ensure compliance with all federal / state laws and local legislation

The Successful Applicant


* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* 3-6 years of experience working in an in-house or professional recruiting firm environment

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

* Experience working with candidate assessment tools

* Experience developing and executing against multi-faceted sourcing strategies, competitive mapping and process enhancements

* Full life-cycle recruitment experience supporting all levels of positions

* Experience with sales and operational companies is required; experience with a unionized workforce strongly preferred

* SAP/SuccessFactors experience preferred

* Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and Outlook

* Travel 25% of time within downstate NY, NJ and Philadelphia

* Location- Bronx (NY)
