Job Description

  • Source, screen, interview, and provide guidance on the selection of qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers and HR Generalists throughout the selection process
  • Build relationships hiring managers and applicants to ensure a smooth recruiting process
  • Identify/clarify hiring specifications, competencies, and requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions and postings
  • Implement strategies to maximize productive candidate sourcing and provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
  • Effectively manage expectations through timely communication, quality deliverables and consistent results throughout the hiring process
  • Cover up to 15+ vacancies at any one time

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with experience in Publishing or a creative industry or sector
  • Familiar with ATS usage, especially Success Factors, in addition to using MS Office programs
  • Experienced in assessing talent at various levels and skills, preferably using competency and behavioral techniques throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Possess a wide range of knowledge of HR practices and industry trends
  • Have knowledge of basic employment law
  • Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
