Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract compliance, ensuring all documents meet internal standards and project requirements.
  • Define and refine scopes of work for subcontractors, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate the execution of contracts by tracking progress, obtaining signatures, and maintaining organized records.
  • Collaborate closely with preconstruction and project teams to support pricing, scope development, and bid processes.
  • Communicate professionally with subcontractors to gather required documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with preconstruction and estimating tasks as needed, contributing to early‑stage project preparation.
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all contract‑related workflows.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration, construction administration, or related functions (open to varied experience levels).
  • Experience working with subcontractor contracts strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Familiarity with preconstruction or estimating is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset aligned with a firm known for high‑quality, cost‑effective, client‑centered project delivery.
