• Manage and oversee the organization's accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic financial planning and budgeting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
