They are looking for a Controller that can take 100% ownership of the Accounting and Finance function. You will be the head of all Accounting and Finance operations, working cross-functionally to head strategic initiatives to positively impact the Financial state of the business!Job DescriptionImplement policies and guidelines to ensure financial and legal compliance throughout entire organization, including Accounting, HR, DOL, EEOC and all US governing functions.Implement actions to ensure financial viability, stability and growth. Prepare and hold organization to budget. Work with General Manager and the CFO to control costs, meet financial goals and grow the business to ensure profitability.
