Controller- Allentown- Real Estate

• Oversee daily accounting and reporting of property portfolio
• Lead and develop property accounting team to ensure objectives, goals, and deadlines are met
• Manage financial reporting system and prepare financial reports for review
• Coordinate accounting and reporting for property financial statements including other joint entities
• Lead the preparation and review of property financial filings for SEC filings and investor presentations
• Assist financial reporting team with audits for annual and quarterly review
• Oversee all operations of the accounting department
• Responsible for the growth and success of team members to maximize potential
