Controller | Capital Markets Firm | Chicago, IL

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Counsel, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
• Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company's procedures
• Communicate financial metrics to senior management
• Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and payable departments
• Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
