My client is seeking a Controller to oversee all financial accounting responsibilities for their growing construction company.

- Contribute to the development of the company's financial plans
- Oversee all operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements for Project Managers
- Analyze any changes in monthly spending and identify changes skillfully in cost for projects
- Facilitate cash flow management
- Provide leadership and training to all accounting staff
- Responsible for ensuring that all billing is submitted in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for the growth and success of team members to maximize potential

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or real estate required
- 7-10 year's of senior accounting experience
- CPA (Preferred)
- Relevant work experience at a real estate company
- Knowledge of common software used in construction and real estate
- Passion for building and growing their team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-directed and self-motivated
