• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
