Controller- Philadelphia- Real Estate

• Contribute to the development of the company's financial plans
• Oversee all operations of the accounting department
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for Project Managers
• Analyze any changes in monthly spending and identify changes skillfully in cost for projects
• Facilitate cash flow management
• Provide leadership and training to all accounting staff
• Responsible for ensuring that all billing is submitted in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for the growth and success of team members to maximize potential
