• Manage a team of 2 individuals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team while overseeing all core accounting operations.
• Manage financial reporting, audits, taxes, treasury, and compliance, ensuring accurate US GAAP reporting.
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, consolidated financials, and key management reporting.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, automation, and strong internal controls.
• Support board materials, investor reporting, and integration of newly acquired businesses.
• Partner with FP&A on financial analysis, cash flow reviews, budgets, forecasts, and performance insights.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, lenders, and internal leaders to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen policies, and enhance working capital management.
• Assist the CFO with technical accounting, risk management, and other strategic initiatives.
