Controller

• Lead, support, manage and develops the accounting team
• Oversees the accounting process for AR, AP, payroll, GL activities
• Owns the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including detailed analysis and reconciliation of all general ledger accounts and preparation of financial statements
• Implements internal controls, monitors compliance, and maintains adequate documentations
• Manages and assists in the preparation of external audit and tax schedules
• Prepares weekly cash flow forecasts and other KPI dashboard metrics
• Demonstrates initiative and creativity in achieving results
