Controller

• Oversee monthly financial statements and works-in-progress
• Offer analysis on monthly changes and provide feedback on cost-improvements for each project
• Analyze financial reporting packages and annual operating budgets
• Oversee the operations of accounting department and establish policies and processes that will drive success
• Facilitate cash flow management and work with Area Supervisor to ensure subcontractor payments
