• • 6+ years of cost accounting and reporting
  • Manage all accounting operations for the company (AP/AR/GL/Billing)
  • Must have home building experience
  • Prepare and publish monthly and annual financial statements
  • Communicate and coordinate with real estate partners
  • Additional responsibility to ensure orderly operations of the business
  • Must have experience with Sage, Timberline, Microsoft Office Suite
