  • Provides strategic financial insights and recommendations to the COO and firm leadership.
  • Develops and implements financial strategies aligned with the firm's growth goals.

  Accounting and Financial Operations:
  • Oversees the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
  • Manages core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, and treasury.
  • Supervises month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Leads the annual budgeting process, preparing detailed forecasts and conducting variance analyses.
  • Monitors financial performance against budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensures compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, including audit readiness.
  • Develops and maintains strong internal controls to protect the firm's financial assets.

  Team Leadership and Development:
  • Manages and mentors a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance financial operations and communication.

  Process Improvement and Technology:
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize financial operations and implement best practices.
  • Evaluates and enhances financial systems and tools to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
