Controller

• Oversee financial operations, including reporting, compliance, and audits, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and develop the finance team, providing leadership in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Prepare financial projections, support budgeting, and provide insights to leadership through analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate filings.
• Develop policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and adapt to evolving standards and best practices.
