Controller

As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management and strategic planning of the firm. You will oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and financial systems.
• Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing financial performance and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
