Job Description

  • Lead month-end close, GL management, AP/AR, and payroll oversight
  • Oversee manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation
  • Implement and optimize ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
  • Transition from cash-based to accrual accounting
  • Develop FP&A processes: forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis
  • Maintain internal controls and drive process improvements
  • Supervise accounting staff and collaborate cross-functionally

The Successful Applicant

  • Manufacturing industry experience (cost & inventory accounting)
  • ERP system experience (Epicor implementation a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
