Job Description

As one of the fastest growing independent platforms on Wall Street, provides a unique opportunity to be part of an impactful team with exposure to senior management and stakeholders across the business. Your role will require the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Business Reporting & Analysis
  • Create and maintain complex financial analysis
  • Perform quarterly competitive analysis (peer bench marking) and ad hoc research
  • Provide market updates to senior management regarding key market trends, including deals , recent transactions the market, news highlights highlight, and overall stock market performance
  • Generate and distribute reports in an accurate and timely manner



  • Meeting Coordination & Materials
  • Develop effective visual presentations and content for internal and external company presentations
  • Ownership of the weekly GS IB update call
  • Create slide decks, organize meeting materials, speakers, and agenda
  • Facilitate presentation and meeting
  • Create and maintain marketing materials on a quarterly basis
  • Draft executive communications



  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting
  • Research and maintain financial and operational data for bench marking and performance ranking
  • Internal pipeline management
  • Produce business planning templates Coordinate with IB industry and product groups to produce and maintain business planning templates
  • Support the internal budgeting process including headcount planning and analysis
  • Additional Projects Responsibilities
  • Field inbound Dealogic data requests from bankers Assist with Dealogic requests and management team
  • Internal Deal transaction database management
  • Collaborate with various operating groups within the firm (legal, compliance, HR, recruiting, technology, etc.) to drive COO team initiatives
  • Support the Head of Corporate Development & Strategic Planning on ad hoc projects
