Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the word processing team to ensure timely and accurate document production.
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and formatting guidelines for all documents.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address document-related needs and issues.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and software required for word processing tasks.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to document processing and formatting.
