Job Description

  • Provide legal support on a range of corporate and capital markets transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
  • Advise clients on securities law compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Conduct due diligence and provide risk assessments for transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting capital markets.
  • Support the team in client development and relationship management initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services to clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate - Corporate - Capital Markets should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and capital markets law.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
