Job Description

  • Act as a key participant in business transactions and client meetings.
  • Provide legal advice in regards to business strategies and corporate compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate and manage business transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate law and business trends.
  • Assist in the development of policies to ensure legal compliance in all business activities.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and stay current in the field.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and other stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Associate should have:

  • A strong understanding of private equity M&A transactions.
  • Some familiarity or experience with Venture Capital investment transactions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A solid understanding of corporate law and business trends.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
