Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel to startups and venture capital clients on corporate governance and structuring.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Advise clients on compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Professional Services industry.
  • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Analyze and resolve complex legal issues for clients in the startup and venture capital sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments relevant to the role.
