Job Description

Prepare, review, and manage legal documents related to sales and trading transactions.
Assist with regulatory filings and compliance-related tasks.
Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and other pertinent documentation.
Provide support to attorneys in drafting and editing agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor and update legal databases and systems for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct legal research as needed to support the department's activities.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Paralegal - Sales and Trading should have:

A strong understanding of legal processes within the business services industry.
Experience supporting sales and trading transactions or similar areas.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research and document management tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
