Custom Homes Assistant Project Manager

• Support project managers in planning and executing custom home construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Assist with the preparation of project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
• Help resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for all assigned projects.
