Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth with Engine & Nacelle and Regional Jet / Business Jet customers through new and existing opportunities.
  • Serve as the customer advocate, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, prioritize resources, and deliver results.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and execute comprehensive engagement plans.
  • Own revenue forecasting and maintain accurate data in partnership with Account Managers; communicate risks proactively.
  • Develop customer strategies to position Hexcel products competitively and align with product roadmaps.
  • Lead negotiations and collaborate with Product Management to support growth initiatives.
  • Participate in industry organizations to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage pursuits using CRM tools and communicate strategies effectively.
  • Travel up to 50% domestically.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace, chemical, mechanical engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in technical sales, ideally within aerospace composites; strong industry network a plus.
  • Proven success in developing new business and managing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of composite products, contract negotiations, supply chain, and project management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering creative, profitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; adept at managing priorities in a matrix environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Dynamics365, ERP/MRP systems.
