About Our Client

My client is a Swiss watch company that has evolved into a prominent industry player, with several brands operating under their parent company.

Job Description

  • Provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers regarding orders and product inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints effectively by identifying issues and offering solutions
  • Input and maintain order routing details across customer and transportation platforms
  • Collaborate with the credit department to resolve disputes related to credit items
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer issues
  • Perform order and shipment reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, brokers, and internal departments
  • Enter orders in ERP system (SAP), ensuring accuracy

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Maintains composure under pressure and handles difficult situations effectively
  • Capable of working independently, creatively, and efficiently with minimal supervision in an unstructured setting
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in work approach
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to listen effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP System, Excel, and Word
