Our client is a Start Up Data Platform that has been experiencing lots of growth and has plenty of Fortune 500 companies as their customers. They are an all-in-one data platform running on top of you data warehouse and empowers users to load data sources, clean, connect, visualize and share data.

Job Description

  • Support Customers when they set up data pipelines
  • Work with Engineering to discover new features
  • Work with Marketing on developing new content to highlight success stories
  • Work with Growth to cover new use cases in demos
  • Manage implementation projects to ensure that customers are productive as quickly as possible
  • On-board and train users to make them platform expert

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ Years of experience
  • Need to have strong communication skills to communicate with customers and be able to empathize with them easily
  • Being able to explain complex topics in a simple manner
  • Must be Data Savvy and comfortable with SQL
  • Have an Entrepreneurial mind and a hands-on mentality
  • Must be good at structuring your own and others work

*Must be located in NYC Area and willing to go into office 3 day per week*
