Its solutions focus on high-efficiency, compact designs and serve sectors like data centers, AI, automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial automation.Job DescriptionReview and approve product return requests by evaluating eligibility based on company policies and issuing RMA numbers for approved returnsAdminister and process RMAs from all customers, ensuring timely and accurate handling of returnsProvide customer support regarding the RMA process, return status, and options for replacement or refundGuide failure analysis efforts by working with engineers to investigate returned products and prepare technical reportsInterface with external customers and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and maintain strong communicationPerform data mining and reporting on RMA performance metrics such as parts per million (PPM) and cycle time to closureDrive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with factory quality and manufacturing teams to address product issuesCoordinate objectives with production procedures to maximize product quality and minimize costs across departmentsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
