Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process
  • Oversee failure analysis and collaborate with engineering teams
  • Track and report on quality metrics related to customer returns
  • Work with manufacturing to implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Communicate with customers regarding quality issues and resolutions
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce product returns
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; BSEE preferred but not required
  • 5-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, especially in failure analysis
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to coordinate across departments
  • Able to assist engineers in failure analysis and technical reporting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external customers and engineering teams
  • Experience in data mining, reporting, and managing RMA performance metrics such as PPM and cycle time
