Job Description

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:

  • Handle B2B customer requests and inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service with thorough and clear communication
  • Ensure customer requirements are properly recorded in ERP system
  • Manage order entry
  • Solve problems through investigation and research
  • Order Management
  • Liaise between the customer and the customer service team at global HQ
  • Work with the sales team and sales coordinators to assist with pricing and order related inquiries
  • Work closely with the Sales Directors and provide regular status update on the Customer Service performance and service levels
  • Take leadership of Customer Service team
