Job Description

As the CSR, you will assist customers as they purchase PPE products (Safety Gloves | Safety Glasses | Protective Clothing | Head Protection | Respiratory | Hearing Protection). From the moment you engage with customers, you will provide them with the best in customer service and supply expertise. A candidate with an agile mindset and the ability to use their initiative will thrive in our clients solution driven environment.Examples of the day-to-day activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Receiving orders and entering them onto the system quickly and accurately
  • Answering phone calls and responding to email - answering customer inquiries, resolving challenges, and tracking order status and delivery timescales
  • Liaising with UK based team and distribution partner in the US to ensure quick customer fulfillment for your customer's orders,
  • Maintaining customer records and files, including contact information, delivery details and pricing
  • Coordinating account opening for new customers, working with colleagues at head office to make the process quick and seamless for customers.
  • Performing outbound sales calls (e.g., quotation and/or lead follow-up) in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Organizing and tracking customer deliveries and samples
  • Documenting processes and procedures as we establish ways of working in the new office.

The Successful Applicant

  • Considerable experience in customer service (min. 5 years) in a small office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail - the role will involve data entry, and accuracy is critical.
  • Experience working with logistics/supply planning/distribution would be highly beneficial.
  • Great interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication - verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • (Preferred) Industrial / Safety Supply Experience or Similar
