My client is a cloud-based loan management platform designed to streamline and automate key aspects of the lending process for alternative funding businesses.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively address any barriers to adoption.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Understanding of customer success metrics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
