  • Act as point-of-contact for customers, leverage internal business relationships and processes to resolve concerns, and enhance customer experience
  • Engage in consistent, proactive client meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth
  • Exceed all performance targets, including maintaining high retention and growth rates
  • Support the development of product support materials to streamline knowledge transfer to customers post-sales activities
  • Onboard and train new customers

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years' experience in a sales or customer success role for SaaS companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to be highly organized with time management
  • Excellent selling, negotiating, and relationship management skills.
