Description
- Act as point-of-contact for customers, leverage internal business relationships and processes to resolve concerns, and enhance customer experience
- Engage in consistent, proactive client meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth
- Exceed all performance targets, including maintaining high retention and growth rates
- Support the development of product support materials to streamline knowledge transfer to customers post-sales activities
- Onboard and train new customers
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years' experience in a sales or customer success role for SaaS companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to be highly organized with time management
- Excellent selling, negotiating, and relationship management skills.
