Description

  • Act as point-of-contact for customers, leverage internal business relationships and processes to resolve concerns, and enhance customer experience
  • Develop deep understanding of the customer personas, software use cases, and pain points
  • Exceed all performance targets, including maintaining high retention and growth rates
  • Support the development of product support materials to streamline knowledge transfer to customers for pre- and post-sales activities
  • Have a clear understanding of client business, all networks included in portfolio

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service or customer facing role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent selling, negotiating, and relationship management skills.
