My client is a global market leader within the EDI/automation space for the supply chain digitalization industry. They have several global offices as a public company, and are rapidly growing their North American presence. This would be one of the first handful of CSMs in the NA team - supporting a small book of large strategic accounts.

DescriptionThe Customer Success Manager occupies a critical role in facilitating both organizational and client success. In this role, you will be responsible for the formation, evaluation, and management of client success experiences and product usage campaigns. You must bring a consultative and flexible attitude to your responsibilities, as unique problems will often require equally customized solutions. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for:

    • Managing a select group of strategic accounts responsible for high ARR
    • Representing EDI, automation, and integration platforms offered
        • experience within the EDI space is a plus
    • Setting strategy for your accounts to optimize their product adoption
    • Account retention and expansion opportunities
    • Performing monthly business reviews
    • Communication with both technical and non-technical members of client organizations
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Customer Success Manager will possess:

    • 2+ years of Customer Success Management experience
        • Preferably in the EDI/SCM/logistics SaaS space
    • Ability to manage at least 15 accounts with consistent communication
    • True passion for customer success and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Clear experience demonstrating creative problem-solving ability in previous roles
    • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent organization and time-management skills
    • Experience using Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint
