Job Description

  • Work directly with customers to ensure the company's solution is implemented correctly
  • Manage day to day communication and touchpoints with customers
  • Ensure the customer relationship remains healthy and that the company's service is renewed yearly
  • Provide product training for individual users or groups of users as required
  • Participate in regular account review meetings with customers

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of strong financial services experience
  • Experience supporting clients remotely in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of the research authoring workflow
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Ability to self manage your schedules and internal relationships
