Description

The Top Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager will be to:

Develop, grow and manage strategic clients relationships from a financial, adoption and customer satisfaction perspective.

Meet/exceed sales quotas and forecasts for existing accounts.

Lead client's on-boarding, adoption,expansion and customer satisfaction.

Be a customer advocate in influencing product road-map and improvements

Analyze customer data to improve customer experience, usage and adoption

Hold product training's for customers, provide expert knowledge of our product to the customer

Minimize customer churn.

Tracking and analyzing account metrics

Work with customers to better understand goals, business processes and future needs.

Drive to continually improve our internal process for customer care

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates will be able to Develop, Maintain, and Grow client relationships with a focus on financial, adoption, and customer experience. They will be able to lead the entire product life cycle for clients from on-boarding to training to expansion and adoption. A Customer Success Manager will develop strong bonds and relationships with clients from a financial, customer satisfaction, and full adoption perspective.
