Key responsibilities for the Construction Lead Superintendent include overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff while maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing safety protocols.
