Job Description

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address project needs and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor on-site construction teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
