Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations and subcontractor performance
  • Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
  • Coordinate schedules, inspections, and logistics
  • Partner with project managers to align field execution with project goals
  • Mentor assistant supers and field engineers

The Successful Applicant

7-15+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction

Data center project experience required (senior/general supers must show extensive track record)

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)

Stable career history (no more than 3 moves in past 7 years)

Comfortable with national travel and permanent project-site presence; monthly return trips home provided

Clear reasons for leaving prior employers (completion of projects, career advancement, company restructuring, etc.)
