Data Engineering Manager (IC Role)

• Oversee the development and maintenance of data architectures, databases, and processing systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to improve data reliability and quality.
• Develop strategies to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
• Implement data governance and ensure data security.
• Work closely with IT teams to integrate new technologies and data management systems.
• Promote data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments in data architecture.
