Description
- Review each order to ensure customer pays the accurate pricing based on their price level. If anything is inaccurate, communicate this with the customer in a professional manner and resolve the issue.
- Update with customers regarding sales orders with expected delivery dates and/or any changes to order.
- Complete any additional projects assigned by Management.
The Successful Applicant
- Extreme attention to detail - all data entry is expected to be 100% accurate
- Basic knowledge of purchase order and sales order processing
- Self-starter but also can work collaboratively within a team
- Can meet dead lines / prioritize tasks
