Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for internal and external review.
