With decades of experience and a strong commitment to innovation and responsibility, they continue to set the standard in their field.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead multiple complex projects and assignments using strong critical thinking skills.Design manufacturing processes, including fixture design (SolidWorks) and tooling selection, for precision components.Implement quality systems and gauging methods to support efficient production.Develop machining and assembly workflows involving CNC mills, lathes, grinding, and broaching operations.Program CNC machines using G & M-Code, CAM software (such as Mastercam), and macro programming.Apply GD&T principles to ensure proper work holding, machining, and inspection methods align with design intent.Collaborate with internal and external teams to source and validate tooling and equipment.Promote standardization through process benchmarks, core competency teams, and documented best practices.Mentor junior engineers and production staff to support team growth and knowledge sharing.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on LEAN manufacturing practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
