Description
The Development Analyst supports the execution of the Company's development platform by performing financial analyses of development opportunities, preparing appropriate documents to facilitate the underwriting and closing of real estate transactions, interfacing with brokers, equity partners, institutional clients, and the Company's development leadership, and tracking and reporting on the status of multifamily & mixed-use transactions within the assigned geographic markets.
The Successful Applicant
The successful analyst must have a strong desire to work within the real estate industry, will already possess significant financial modeling, due diligence, and data interpretation skills in accordance with real estate acquisitions, investments and developments. Alongside this the successful Analyst must possess:
- 1-2 years of prior Real Estate Experience (finance, acquisitions, asset management, brokerage or development)
Undergraduate degree required in finance or related field.
Excellent analytic skills and Excel modeling capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, internal and external professional communications
Prefer candidates who have exposure to multifamily development
Highly driven and able to work as part of a tight knit team
