Development Assosiate

• Support project management teams in the planning and execution of property development projects.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project decision-making.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for property developments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards within the property industry.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.
